Project Information Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the control-panel inquiry form and project readiness assessment is handled.

Information collected

We collect the contact and company details, project description, referral and campaign information, and files you choose to provide, including drawings, bills of materials, and specifications.

The readiness assessment requires your name, email, and phone number before the questions. These details are saved when you continue, even if you do not finish the assessment. Your answers are saved when you request your results and used to prepare the checklist and follow up about your panel project.

How the information is used

We use the information to review the requested scope, identify technical questions, respond to the inquiry, prepare commercial follow-up, protect the intake workflow, and maintain the associated project record.

Project files and access

Uploaded files are stored in private server storage, outside the public website directory. They are not publicly listed. Access is provided through a private, request-specific review link.

Completed assessments and quote requests are sent to Spinula’s sales team at [email protected] using FormSubmit and our email service. Notifications include contact details, the submitted information, and a private review link for project files. Anyone with that link can access the associated project, so it should only be shared with authorized people.

Authorized project access

Access is limited to authorized people who need the information to evaluate or deliver the requested scope. The information is not used or disclosed for unrelated advertising purposes.

Retention and questions
